MAX ADLER is most recognized for his breakout role as Dave Karofsky, the slushy throwing homophobic bully on Ryan Murphy’s hit series GLEE which won a Golden Globe for Best Television Series (Comedy) and was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. Additionally he recurred as Tank, the class clown frat boy who found himself at the center of a college sexual assault scandal, in three seasons of the Peabody Award Winning series SWITCHED AT BIRTH and has guest appeared in a multitude of other television series including THE BIG BANG THEORY, THE ROOKIE, MOM, THE FLASH, 911 and SHAMELESS among many others.

In film, Adler has worked with acclaimed directors such as Woody Allen in CAFE SOCIETY, Clint Eastwood in SULLY and was co-executive producer of and had a supporting role in Aaron Sorkin’s Oscar nominated film, THE TRIAL OF THE CHICAGO 7. 

In 2019 Adler starred in the film, MOPE, a shockingly true story based in the world of low budget pornography which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.
